SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of study of the properties of materials, and more particularly to a method for determining the kinetic characteristics of microgrinding coal, including the ignition temperature, activation energy, preexponential factor of the combustion rate constant. According to invention, the method of determining the kinetic characteristics of mechanically activated microgrinding coal includes the creation of adiabatic conditions along the entire length of the combustion chamber, the sampling of coal in the form of 100-500 mg doses, injection of the sample into the combustion chamber through the dispenser and the shut-off solenoid valve with a periodicity, equal to the time of establishment in the combustion chamber of adiabatic conditions, interrogation of sensors, installed along the length of the combustion chamber in steps of equal to or less than the diameter of the chamber, determination of the kinetic characteristics of coal using the Arrhenius ratio.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy of determining the kinetic characteristics of mechanically activated microgrinding coal.
