FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sensor device for detection of radiation signals. To ensure high signal integrity and preserve the ability for quadruple attaching, the sensor device comprises a sensor array, comprising a plurality of detectors, a sensor element for converting the received radiation signals into a plurality of corresponding electrical signals, an interposer element, extending transversely between the first side and second side, and an integrated circuit element. Interposer element has a front surface facing the sensor element, and a rear surface parallel to the front surface, wherein on the rear surface there is a first contact structure for guiding the electrical signals to the rear contact structure provided on the rear surface. Integrated circuit element faces the rear surface and is electrically connected to the rear contact structure.
EFFECT: ensuring high signal integrity and maintaining the ability for quadruple attaching.
