FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detection of x-ray radiation. Summary of invention consists in the fact that x-ray detector comprises sensor unit for determining incident x-rays, containing certain number of sensor elements, inverting channel in terms of sensor element for obtaining counting signal by counting of photons or charge pulses, generated in response to incident x-rays from beginning of measurement interval, adding channel in terms of sensor element for production of summed signal, which is radiation total energy, determined from beginning of measurement interval, and processing unit for estimating, from summed up signals of sensor elements, sensor elements counting signals, inverting channel of which is saturated during measurement interval, wherein said processing unit is configured to determine object model from obtained summed up signals of sensor elements, and determining count signals of saturated sensor elements from said object model.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of providing accurate and reliable measurement data.
