FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a radiation detector. Radiation detector comprises converting element to convert incident radiation into electric signals; reading circuit for processing said electrical signals; heating device separated from the reading circuit to heat the converting element, wherein the heating device comprises a Peltier element, and wherein heat source of said Peltier element is oriented to converting element, and its heat sink is oriented to reading circuit.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the radiation detector accuracy and stable operation.
