FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the production of a tobacco raw material comprising an aroma-imparting component. Method includes a step A1 in which a tobacco raw material which has been treated with alkali is heated in an enclosed space and the flavor-giving component is discharged, released into the gaseous phase from the tobacco raw material, outward from the enclosed space; a step B1 in which the first solvent of the flavor-imparting component is absorbed by bringing the flavor-imparting component released into the gaseous phase from the tobacco raw material in step A1, contact with the first solvent, which is a liquid substance at normal temperature, outside the enclosed space; and after step B1, step C1, in which, in the enclosed space, the first solvent that absorbs the flavor-giving component in step B1 is added to the tobacco raw material, from which the flavor-giving component is released to the outside of the closed space in the stage A1 in a confined space.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is a simple and inexpensive separation and reduction of the content of pollutants.
