SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a breast implant. Implant contains an outer shell, wherein the first gel-type filling and the second gel-type filling have a common contact area. First gel-type filler has a softer consistency than the second gel-type filler. First gel-type filling extends predominantly along the posterior part of the prosthesis and is located in the bottom part of the implant close to its lower pole. Second gel-type filling extends predominantly along the superior portion of the anterior surface of the implant, it does not extend along the entirety of such anterior surface of the implant. One of the first and second gel-type fillers is fixed to the material, forming the outer shell of the implant, and/or second gel-type filling extends around the upper edge of the implant, and/or first gel-type filling (6) and the second gel-type filling (5) have a common contact area, which connects them with each other.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the tendency of wrinkling while having a natural soft appearance and a natural softness to touch.
