FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical implants. Expandable implant of mammary tissue comprises a shell having a front surface and a posterior surface defined when used inside the body. Front surface has an upper pole portion and a lower pole portion defined when used inside the body and meeting at the apex, and an injection zone for introducing a fluid therein for inflating the implant. Vertical support element, defined when used inside the body, has first and second ends and a central area located between them, having a through hole. Central area is connected to the front surface of the implant so that the injection zone is located inside the hole in the central area. First and second ends of the vertical supporting element are connected to the back surface of the implant shell. Inserting element is located completely inside shell and contains at least two holes. First and second vertical sections of the vertical support element located between the central area and the first and second ends, respectively, pass through the above two holes. Disclosed is an alternative embodiment of an expandable breast implant.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing expansion in the required direction.
