FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Expandable implant of mammary tissue comprises an envelope having a front surface and a posterior surface defined when used within the body. Front surface has an upper pole portion and a lower pole portion defined when used inside the body and meeting at the apex, and an injection zone for introducing a fluid therein for inflating the implant. Reinforcing material is connected to the shell in the first reinforced zone and the second hardened zone. First reinforced zone forms a peripheral edge portion extending from the periphery of the rear surface upwards into the front surface. First end of the first reinforced zone is located in the upper pole section of the front surface. Second reinforced zone passes from the first end, which rests against the first end of the first reinforced zone or overlaps with it along part of the front surface of the shell so that the entire upper pole section of the shell is strengthened between the first and second hardened zones. Reinforcing material has variable elasticity in the direction of the shell areas not containing the reinforcing material, so that it has the greatest elasticity adjacent to the non-reinforced areas. Alternative embodiment of an expandable breast tissue implant and an expandable breast implant are disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing directed stretching of tissue.
