FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a vibrating and protected base, a basic elastic element (3), stiffness compensator guides and stiffness compensator, support, posts, platform, clamps, body with fixing holes and a control unit (12). The stiffness compensator is installed parallel to main elastic element. The control unit consists of a spatial oscillation sensor (13), power supply (15) and a vibration controller (14). The stiffness compensator liquids are made of cable elastic elements (17). The stiffness compensator is made in form of a cylinder with six faces with inclination angle up to 90° and consists of steel armature (6) and round electromagnetic discs (4, 5). The electromagnetic disc consists of alternating non-magnetic gaskets (16) and sectors of direct-current electromagnets made at 60° angle. The guides of the stiffness compensator are rigidly fixed on clamps (10) and extended through fixing holes (11) in the body. The body is rigidly fixed on vibrating base. The steel armature is rigidly connected with protected base through support and post. The discs are rigidly fixed on vibrating base.
EFFECT: improved vibration-insulating properties and simplified structure of the stiffness compensator guides.
