FIELD: soundproofing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic isolation of equipment with means of broadband acoustic suppression and can be used in all sectors of the national economy as a means of protection against noise. Sound-proof casing with the built-in vibration isolation system is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped covering the technological equipment. Technological equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the building's ceiling. Between the base of the process equipment and the notch in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped a gap is made, a fan is installed inside the casing, and in the sound-proof enclosure ventilation ducts are made, the internal walls of which are treated with sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent material. In the casing there are noise silencers installed on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts. On the inner surface of the soundproofing enclosure the sound-absorbing element in the form of the smooth and perforated surface is fixed, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing structure is located. Each of the four vibration isolation supports of the vibration isolation system is made in the form of the vibration isolator, which comprises the body and the piston therein, the body is in the form of the cylinder with the bottom, in which the piston is located, which consists of parallel and coaxial bodies of the upper and lower discs that are rigidly connected to each other by the axisymmetric rod. Disks are installed with reference to internal surface of the housing with a clearance, and between them the frictional material is placed, selected depending on the required coefficient of friction, and the lower surface of the lower disc is supported by the spring, which is located between the piston and the bottom of the damper body. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom, in which the spring is located is filled with a friction material with a higher friction coefficient. Upper surface of the upper disk of the damper piston abuts against the lower surface of the elastic member, and power closure of elastic element with a damper is ensured by means of the spring located in the lower part of the piston. Damper body is provided with the locking member is in contact with the upper surface of the upper disc of the piston, keeping the piston in the initial state.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of noise suppression.
