FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a vibrating (2) and protected (1) base, a stem (8), main elastic element (3) fixed between said bases, and a stiffness compensator. The stiffness compensator is installed parallel to main elastic element. Guide block contains a spider (11) with fixing holes and a cable elastic element (4) passed therethrough. The cable flexible element is rigidly connected with the stiffness compensator stem. The stiffness compensator is a magnetic armature in the form of a cone with six facets with inclination angle up to 90° and round discs (5, 6). The disc consists of alternating nonmagnetic gaskets and sectors of neodymium magnets, at the angle of 60°. The working faces are parallel to the faces of the magnetic armature and located at a distance not exceeding the amplitude of vibration oscillations. Magnetic armature 7 is rigidly connected with protected base through the stem. The discs are rigidly fixed on vibrating base.
EFFECT: reduced weight and dimensions, simplified structure and assemblage, improved vibration insulating properties.
