Technical result is achieved by the fact that the soundproofing casing with the vibration isolation system of the process equipment is made in the form of the rectangular parallelepiped, which covers the process equipment, the technological equipment is installed on at least four vibration-isolating supports that are based on the building's bridging, while the clearance is made between the base of the process equipment and the cutoff in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped, in order to reduce the aerodynamic noise of the ventilation system, the noise mufflers are installed in the casing, they are installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts, while on the inner surface of the soundproofing enclosure the sound-absorbing element is fastened in the form of smooth and perforated surface, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing structure is located, each of the four vibration isolation supports of the vibration isolation system is made in the form of the vibration isolator, which comprises the body and the piston therein, the body is in the form of the cylinder with the bottom, in which the piston is located, which consists of parallel and coaxial bodies of the upper and lower discs that are rigidly connected to each other by the axisymmetric rod, the disks are being positioned relative to the inner surface of the body with the clearance, and the friction material is located between them, and the lower surface of the lower disc is supported by the spring, which is located between the piston and the bottom of the damper body, the upper surface of the upper disk of the damper piston abuts against the lower surface of the elastic member, and the force closure of the resilient element with the damper is provided by means of the spring, which is located at the bottom of the piston, and the locking member is provided in order to fix the piston in the damper body, where the locking member is in contact with the upper surface of the upper disc of the piston, keeping the piston in the initial state, where the sintered friction material is used as the friction material between the piston beads.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of noise suppression.
