SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling production. Device comprises an induction heater of the edge region of a successively movable strip, cold rolling mill located behind the induction heater, installed in front of the induction heater, the first device for moving the strip in the form of tensioning rollers arranged to tilt them and adjusting the tension force of the strip to eliminate the displacement of its central portion between the edge regions of the part relative to the center of the movement path, and installed after the induction heater and before the cold rolling mill, a second device for moving the strip in the form of rollers, mounted zigzag-like in the direction of movement of the strip with the possibility of clamping the strip with each of its sides along the thickness and limiting its displacement along the width.

EFFECT: device provides the possibility of increasing the rolling stability by preventing cracking in the steel sheet.
