SUBSTANCE: for the treatment of radiation damage to the pelvic organs, the drug is systemically and locally applied to the area of the pathological focus, an ultrasound transducer with an adapter is introduced transvaginal or transrectally, then an injection needle is injected through the adapter channel into the area of the pathological process and a uniform liquid mixture of rexode is administered in a dosage of 6.4 million units to 12.8 million units in combination with dexamethasone in a dosage of 6.0 mg to 10.0 mg. The course of treatment is 5 injections every other day, followed by an assessment of its effectiveness.

EFFECT: method allows prevention and treatment of deep radiation injuries of the pelvic organs with exception of severe reconstructive operations.
