SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of treatment of multiple myeloma. The method includes high-dose chemotherapy with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AutoHSCT). Rexod is administered by intravenous drip three days before the start of chemotherapy at a dosage of 9.6 million units, as well as on the first, seventh and fourteenth days after AutoHSCT at a dosage of 12.8 million units. Additionally, Rexod is administered on the twenty-first day after AutoHSCT in a single dose of 9.6 million units.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the frequency and severity of toxic and infectious complications associated with high-dose chemotherapy and subsequent autoHSCT, due to the introduction of Rexod.
