FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be applied for treating radiation ulcerous rectitis. For this purpose, after cleansing rectal lumen using micro-clyster with furacillin, “ex tempore” composed mixture containing by 5 mg each of hydrogel diaper-cloth “Coletex-M “and ”Coletex SP-1”, and 1 g Salofalc in form of rectal foam is applied every day by means of disposable syringe with nozzle at distance corresponding to localisation of ulcerous lesion. Then ultrasonic emitter is placed against ulcerous lesion in rectal wall, and séance is conducted of medium frequency ultrasonic exposure, frequency 0.88 MHz, I = -1.0 W/cm2, exposure time 10 minutes; every night before sleep, rectal suppository with sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) is introduced. 10 such therapeutic procedures are conducted per course of treatment. In addition, presacral block course of 5 procedures is conducted, twice a week, including also days of sono-dynamic therapy.
EFFECT: invention enables achieving effective treatment of radiation rectitis in oncological patients and improving their life quality.
