SUBSTANCE: determination of the level of intracellular active oxygen forms is carried out by insertion of a carbon-filled quartz nanocapillary containing platinum in the nanocapillary tip cavity having the shape of a truncated cone into the cell, and then determination of the signal change caused by an electrochemical reaction to the capillary tip with participation of active oxygen forms.
EFFECT: simplified of substances cytotoxicity determination, higher sensitivity in comparison with analogues.
