DEVICE FOR IDENTIFICATION OF PROTEINS AND NUCLEIC ACIDS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01N33/48 G01N27/00

Abstract RU 2810180 C2

FIELD: bioanalytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of dissolved proteins or nucleic acids in the analyzed sample. A device for determining proteins and nucleic acids includes a probe having a through channel with a nanohole at the end, and an electrode located inside the channel, connected to an electric current source, a device for measuring the electrical signal, and a counter electrode located outside the probe. The device contains a probe positioning unit and additionally includes a substrate located under the channel nanohole. At one of its ends, the support contains a straight-chain polyelectrolyte associated with it, conjugated at the opposite end with a compound that binds either a protein or nucleic acid.

EFFECT: increasing the number of simultaneously determined proteins or NAs, increasing the sensitivity of identification of the test substances and provision of the possibility of their identification by type.
