FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a nucleic acid construct for the production of a bispecific antibody-like binding protein which bins a pair of antigens. Said construct comprises four polypeptide chains that form four antigen-binding sites. Invention also relates to an expression vector and an isolated host cell comprising said nucleic acid construct.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently obtain a bispecific antibody-like binding protein which binds a pair of antigens.
