FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for producing a liquid probiotic preparation. Method of obtaining a liquid probiotic preparation, including the selection of cultures of microorganisms Lactobacillus acidophilus Scav. B-4625, Rhuminococcus albus Kr and Bacillus subtilis B-8130, selection of optimal nutrient media for their deep cultivation, mixing of the obtained culture liquids, also at the stage of mixing under sterile conditions into a mixture of culture liquids to ensure the shelf life of the biological product up to 28 days and reducing the contamination of conditionally pathogenic microflora a preservative at a dose of 0.5 g/l; 1–2 g/l is added, nipagin is used as a preservation.
EFFECT: method described above allows to exclude possible contamination of the liquid probiotic preparation with conditionally pathogenic microflora and to ensure a long shelf life.
