FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Process for producing laccase provides a submerged cultivation of Rhizoctonia solani F-895 in a mineral nutrient medium with the addition of carbon as a natural source and energy of at least one component selected from the series: white cabbage, peas, beans, potatoes, tomato paste, until the maximum activity of laccase in the culture liquid is obtained, followed by separation of the culture liquid from the mycelium by centrifugation. Mineral medium contains NH4NO3, KH2PO4, K2HPO4, MgSO4×7H2O in a predetermined ratio of components, and as a natural source of carbon and energy, peas or beans are predominantly used.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase laccase activity and obtain a preparation oxidizing phenylpropanoids and other aromatic compounds.
