SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and relates to a process for preparation of oxidases of Curvularia geniculata VKM F-3561 strain. Method involves submerged cultivation of Curvularia geniculata VKM F-3561 fungus in a mineral medium supplemented with at least one component selected from the range: peas, potatoes, tomato paste, wheat, barley, buckwheat, rice, oats, corn. Strain is cultured until maximum laccase activity in the culture liquid is obtained.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the yield of laccase.
