FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for chemotherapy efficiency prediction in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), in particular, prediction of the risks of drug resistance during chemotherapy in patients with ALL by examining the biological fluids properties using physical methods. The fluorescent method for chemotherapy efficiency prediction in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, including blood sampling before and after chemotherapy, and isolation of the fluorescent macro-biomarker of chemotherapy efficiency, is characterized by the macro-biomarker being the concentration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), determined automatically, using a laser confocal microscope, by counting the fluorescence intensity of a macro-biomarker, and at ATP concentration of 1.04±0.14 mg/ml, there is no risk of hepatotoxic effects development at a given time, at ATP concentration of 0.8±0.112 mg/ml, cell apoptosis occurs, at ATP concentration of 0.312±0.042 mg/ml cell necrosis occurs.
EFFECT: higher prediction accuracy.
