FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Apparatus for spray drying and granulation of dispersed materials comprises a housing with a spray chamber located in its upper part, provided with a nozzle and a collector for supplying a heat transfer medium, a drying chamber with an exhaust air purification system and a granular inert material placed on the gas distribution grid, which is fluidized by applying horizontal vibrations to the spring-loaded case of the dryer by means of a vibrator with a drive. Sprayer contains a hollow cylindrical body, in the upper part of which an external thread is made for connection to the connection of the distribution pipeline for the supply of liquid. In the lower part of the case an outer thread is made for connection to vortex flow splitter. In the case there is an internal cylindrical chamber, serving to supply liquid. Coaxial chamber is installed with a gap in relation to the inner lateral surface of the chamber, a hollow conical swirler, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread, the vertex of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirl is fixed to the end surface of the rod. Vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a ring with an internal thread, made in the form of a ring, to which are attached two diametrically arranged vertical plates, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler made in the form of a disk with helical blades, embracing the rod in its middle part with a clearance and having stops at the edges in the form of disks arranged perpendicular to the rod.
