FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to the technology of forming porous bioinert metal coatings on the intra-bone parts of titanium implantable structures. Method of titanium porous coatings formation on titanium implants includes air-abrasive treatment, purification from process contaminants, induction heating of the implant structure and electro-plasma spraying of the powder material, while air-abrasive treatment is carried out with an abrasive powder with a dispersion of 100–250 mcm at an air pressure of 0.2–0.5 MPa, purification from technological contaminants is carried out by ultrasonic cleaning in an aqueous 4–6 % solution of surfactants, subsequent washing in distilled water or ethyl alcohol aqueous solution and drying in air, induction heating of titanium implants is carried out to a temperature of 200–400 °C at the current frequency on the inductor of 90±10 kHz and the consumed specific electric power 0.2–0.4 W/kg then, electro-plasma spraying of the titanium powder with a dispersion of 60–160 microns is carried out from a distance of 100–120 mm at an arc current of 400–450 A and maintaining the implant temperature in the interval of 200–400 °C.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the adhesive-cohesive strength of porous titanium coatings formed on the intra-bone implant parts by electro-plasma spraying.
