FIELD: devices for spraying of liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Acoustic vortex nozzle contains a housing into which the screw, and liquid and air supplying elements are pressed in. Housing consists of two coaxial cylindrical bushings connected to each other: a large diameter bushing and a smaller diameter bushing. Inside the bushing of smaller diameter, coaxial to it, a rigidly connected to its inner surface screw is arranged. Screw outer surface is a helical groove together with the smaller diameter bushing inner surface forming a helical outer cavity. Inside the screw a hole is made with a screw thread, connected to the liquid under pressure supply tube. In the larger diameter bushing, coaxial to it, a shaped bushing is arranged. Shaped bushing inner surface is formed by the conical and cylindrical surfaces. Shaped bushing is rigidly fixed in the larger diameter bushing through the sealing gasket, having at least one throttle opening and with the screw end face and the smaller diameter bushing inner surface forming a cylindrical chamber. Cylindrical chamber is connected to the source of compressed air by means of a channel. In the shaped bushing cylindrical cavity liquid supplying tube free end is arranged located in a coaxial elastic ring, which forms a conical resonant chamber with a sealing gasket. Throttle opening serves as the Helmholtz resonator neck. Direction of the opening helical thread, made inside the screw, is opposite to the direction of the screw outer helical groove. To the housing of the smaller diameter bushing end part a diffuser is attached, on which cutoff a liquid flow divider is installed, made in the form of coaxial to the diffuser perforated ring.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the spraying efficiency of liquid.
