FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: moulded positive surface electrodes are used when producing the negative electrodes. These moulded positive surface electrodes are made by chemical-electric method of the conductor wires, in the lead liquid-alloy of which the tellurium is added in quantity 0.05-0.10% of the mass. Once done, its polarity reversal and additional generation by the direct current with subsequent drying and impregnation in barium solution are carried out.

EFFECT: invention provides an opportunity to produce the negative electrodes that have enhanced corrosion and mechanical performances and lifetime.
