FIELD: electrical engineering; lead-acid battery manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed storage battery is assembled of cells having current-producing positive plates, negative plates, and aqueous solution of sulfuric acid (electrolyte).Positive-plate active material is produced by introducing phosphoric acid in the amount of 2.0-4.0 mass percent of material mass into lead material; added to lead material of both plates is polypropylene pile in the amount of 0.10-0.15 mass percent of active material mass; negative-plate active material is produced by introducing expanders in the form of barium sulfate in the amount of 0.30-0.55 mass percent of active material mass and commercial carbon suspension in the amount of 0.15-0.25 mass percent of active material mass, as well as sodium lignosulfate "Vanisperse A" in the amount of 0.15-0.25 mass percent of active material mass into lead material. In addition, for producing positive-plate active material tin sulfate or bismuth sulfate in the amount of 0.05-0.1 mass percent of mass of active material dry components is introduced in lead material. Alloy of positive and negative current leads incorporates following components, mass percent: antimony, 1.6-1.8; tin, 0.15-0.25; arsenic, 0.1-0.14; selenium, 0.02-0.025; other elements: copper, 0.0001-0.05; silver, 0.0003-0.02, bismuth, 0.0002-0.03; sulfur, 0.002-0.008; lead, the rest.
EFFECT: enhanced vibration strength and service life of battery.
