SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and may be used to increase the volume of the alveolar process in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with adentia with atrophy of the alveolar jaw. Trapezoidal incision is made along the crest of the alveolar process in the area of the jaw defect. We exfoliate the mucoperiosteal flap and skeleton the outer surface of the alveolar process, perform surface decortication in the area of the jaw defect. From the vestibular side with the help of screws outside the zone of supposed augmentation fix the dura mater, received by Lyoplast® technology, fill the necessary augmentation zone with demineralized spongy crumbs, received by Lyoplast® technology, overlap the augmentation zone with the dura mater, tightly press it and fix it with screws. Then the mucoperiosteal flap is exfoliated to the base and sutured first with the periosteal, then without tension its mucous part.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent divergence of seams, a breach of the tightness of augmentation, the development of inflammatory phenomena in the postoperative period and to reduce the traumatic nature of the operation.
