FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, and is intended for treatment of patients with allergic dermatitis. The general, associated, single-step irradiation with electromagnetic waves in a ultra-violet range with 311 nanometers narrow-band medium-wave radiation wavelength and 320-400 nanometers broadband long-wave radiation wavelength, without determination of the minimum erythema dose is carried out. At the I type of a skin the initial dose of narrow-band medium-wave radiation makes 0.05 J/cm2, at II - 0.1 J/cm2; at III type of a skin - 0.2 J/cm2; at IV and V type of a skin - 0.3 - 0.4 J/cm2. An initial dose of broadband long-wave radiation at I type of a skin - 0.05 J/cm2, II type of a skin - 11-0.1 J/cm2, III type of a skin - 0.2 J/cm2, at IV and V type of a skin - 0.3 - 0.4 J/cm2. Dose of both spectra increase on 0.05 J/cm2 at I type of a skin and on 0.1 J/cm2 at other types of a skin occurs each procedure. 4 irradiations in a week, 10-20 procedures in a course.
EFFECT: provision of antiinflammatory, antipruritic and immune correcting effects, depression of a medicamental load and increase of nonspecific resistance of an organism without undesirable by-effects, remission period elongation, improvement of life quality at patients with allergic dermatitis.
