Irradiation of lesions is therein performed after 7 to 10 days, the treatment period is 20 to 30 procedures. Starting from the day of the autografting procedure, including a 7 to 10 day break between autografting and phototherapy and over the entire course of phototherapy, as well as for 2 weeks after completion, minocycline tablets are administered at a dose of 100 mg for a course of up to 129 days, the minimum duration of the course is 68 days, the maximum duration of the course is 129 days.
