FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology. Autologous grafts of skin areas are made using a 2 mm puncher, followed by transplantation into a depigmented skin area and applying a pressure bandage, followed by irradiating the lesions with narrow-band medium-wave ultraviolet emission with a wavelength of 311 nm 2 to 3 times a week for 1.5 to 4 months. Irradiation of lesions is therein performed after 7 to 10 days, the treatment period is 20 to 30 procedures. Starting from the day of the autografting procedure, including a 7 to 10 day break between autografting and phototherapy and over the entire course of phototherapy, as well as for 2 weeks after completion, minocycline tablets are administered at a dose of 100 mg for a course of up to 129 days, the minimum duration of the course is 68 days, the maximum duration of the course is 129 days.
EFFECT: method contributes to melanogenesis in the depigmentation sitte, suppresses immunological inflammation causing transplant rejection.
