FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. System of implantation of bone filler contains bag and feeding device. Distal end of the bag is rigidly connected to the sealing head, which is closed at the distal end and has a blind hole at the proximal end. Blind hole has a recess towards the inside of the bag. Bag has micropores. Feeding device comprises a guide core that feeds the tube and the sleeve tube. Delivery tube is rigid, and its distal end is releasably connected to the proximal end of the bag. Guide core is slidably inserted into the delivery tube. Distal end portion of the guide core is a curved portion protruding from the distal end of the delivery tube. Distal end of the guide core is adapted to be inserted into the blind hole of the sealing head through the delivery tube and the inside of said bag. Final portion of the curved portion of the guide core is a straight portion, which is made with the possibility of sliding insertion into the blind hole of the sealing head and, in the end, reaching the bottom of a blind hole. Bag is designed to wrap the curved portion of the guide core. Distal end portion of the sleeve tube is a flexible portion, while the proximal end portion of the tubular tube is a rigid portion. Flexible portion is rigid in the radial direction. Sleeve is put on the feed tube and bag. When feeder operates, the tubing is moved axially towards the proximal end of the delivery tube and the bag is opened. Bag is made of medical polymer material. Bone filler implantation system is connected to the delivery handle to bring the bone aggregate into the bag through the delivery channel until the bag is dilated. Invention provides for feeding the vertebral body to the center with one puncture, while simplifying the surgical procedure and preventing leakage of bone cement.
EFFECT: invention allows to restore height of the vertebral body.
