FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to standards of non-destructive porosity testing. In one exemplary embodiment, plurality of samples (112) are fabricated using different method for each sample from plurality of samples (112) such that each sample from plurality of samples (112) has porosity different from other samples of this plurality of samples (112). Each sample from a set of samples has the same set of selected properties as the part of selected type (104). Porosity level of each sample is identified by three-dimensional data (148) obtained from three-dimensional image (136) of each sample created by computer tomography system (132). Group of standards (102) for group of selected porosity levels (156) is set from plurality of samples (112) based on porosity level identified for each sample from plurality of samples (112). Group of standards (102) is configured to use selected type (104) in non-destructive inspection process (106) of part (108).

EFFECT: increase in efficiency of evaluation of porosity of the object for which the standards are established.
