FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for the adjustment of non-combination of a computer tomography system includes: obtaining sample projections, wherein each projection of the mentioned projections is obtained at different location around the sample, based on a trajectory; determination of pairs of opposite projections of the mentioned projections based on a corresponding pi-line; determination of an inconsistency value between data of the corresponding pi-line for each pair of opposite projections, wherein data of the pi-line is based, at least partially, on detector data; and combination of each pair of opposite projections by minimization of difference of detector data associated with corresponding pi-lines for each pair of opposite projections. Moreover, for each pair of opposite projections, a location and/or orientation of a detector and/or location of a source is displaced until the difference of detector data between the pair of opposite projections is minimized. The computer tomography system contains a source for X-ray emission; a detector for detection of X-rays passed through the sample or around it; and a controller made with the possibility of control of the source and the detector. In this case, the controller additionally contains a program code for the implementation of the method.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow for an increase in the efficiency of adjustment of inconsistency of a computer tomography system.
