FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in the method, control over the freedom and health of track section, the transfer of information to the rolling stock and the passage of reverse traction current is carried out by means of a rail chain. The rail chain is performed with three shortened rail lines. To control the occupation of rail line the first rail chain is provided, through which the entry of train is recorded when reducing the voltage at the input of receiver to the occupation threshold class. To control the integrity of rail threads the second rail chain is provided, consisting of three rail lines and two shunts to reduce the asymmetry of traction current. To transfer information the third rail chain is provided, consisting of three rail lines, included in the same way, power supply is carried out from the generator with frequency of 375 Hz, and current under the coils of locomotive are chosen not less than current of reliable triggering of lok-magnet. For accounting of wagons, the fourth rail chain is provided, upon entry of the first carriage of the car onto the first rail line, the track receiver fixes its occupation, and upon the exit of this carriage from the rail line to the entry of the second carriage of the car, release, wherein the number of releases corresponds to the number of four-axle carriages.
