FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the shaped disk with blades manufacturing by the method of granules hot isostatic pressing. Method includes obtaining a backing member, placing a backing member into a gas-impermeable mold and an embedded element defining the shape of the blades, and filling the cavity with granules that shape the blades, hot isostatic pressing of the blades and removal of the gas-tight mold and the embedded element. Preparation of the backing member is carried out by hot isostatic pressing of granules of up to 500 mcm in size, and granules of up to 100 mcm in size are used to shape the blades. After hot isostatic pressing of the blades, a hardening heat treatment of the resulting shaped disk is carried out.
EFFECT: ensuring a fine-grained structure and isotropy of mechanical properties within the required range of operating temperatures.
