SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a packaging unit for hygienic products and a method for manufacturing such a unit. Packaging unit includes a wrap that is made of a sheet of material having an inner surface, an outer surface and at least one fold axis that divides the wrap into a first area and a second area. Inner surface includes an edge area including an inner edge portion and an outer edge portion, wherein a re-sealable binder is contained on one part of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the first area, and there is no binder on the other part of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the first area. In addition, a re-sealable binder is contained on one part of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the second area, and there is no binder, in a complementary manner with respect to the edge zone of the first area, contained on the other part of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the second area, and as a result, when the wrap is folded along the fold axis, the edge portions, on which the re-sealable binder is contained, in the first area are brought into contact with the binder-free edge portions in the second area, and the edge portions, on which the re-sealable binder are contained, in the first area are brought into contact with the binder-free edge portions in the second area. Packaging unit of the present invention fulfills the first packaging function as a packaging wrap for an unused product and a second disposal function as a disposal wrap for the used article. Packaging unit further includes a user-guide device, having a surface facing the wrap and a surface facing the user, wherein the user-guide device is permanently attached to the wrap in such a way that at least part of the surface of the user-guide device facing the wrap is in contact with the inner surface of the wrap.
EFFECT: user instructing device is configured to instruct the user with respect to the use of the second disposal function of the packaging unit.
