SUBSTANCE: packaging element (301) for hygiene products is proposed, this element being formed of a sheet of material having a longitudinal direction (L) and a transverse direction (T). The sheet has an inner surface (302) and an outer surface (303). The inner surface (302) comprises an edge portion provided with an adhesive (12) enabling a re-sealable connection to close the packaging element (301). In addition, the sheet has at least one laterally extending fold axis (309, 309') dividing the said sheet to the first region (310) and the second region (311). The sheet is provided with at least one synchronization mark (313) to indicate the positioning of the material sheet during packaging element (301) manufacture, wherein the synchronization mark (313) is made on the outer surface (303). A blank and a method for packaging element formation are also provided.
