FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to a method for phonocardiography with simultaneous registration of additional test parameters. Method of discriminative depression of external bruits during phonocardiographic monitoring of physiological status of big cattle includes the use of an electronic stethoscope for auscultation of heart and pneumonic bruits, a personal computer for analyzing the recorded signal. To subtract the bruits recorded by an external instrument microphone from a phonocardiographic signal with automatic calculation of amplification constant and filtering, taking into account the data on animal’s breath, simultaneous recording of the phonocardiograph signal on the microSD as well as the vocalization signals determined from the dam, animal’s motion activity are recorded and these additional parameters simultaneously serve as secondary diagnostic criteria.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves method of phonocardiographic.
