FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Load resistor (2) is connected to the terminals of the secondary winding by the shunt, and the inputs of first block (3) from the rectifier, filter and stabilizer diode are connected. In the case of a normal or transient mode, the signal value at the output of the first block is equal to the fundamental harmonic of the effective value, reduced by the transformation ratio. From the output of first block (3), the signal and the pulse are fed to the input of second block (4) from the rectangular pulse generator of the analog signal or pulse, proportionally reduced by the transmission factor of the block. Further, from the output of second block (4), rectangular signals or pulses proportional to the value of the analog signal or pulse are fed to the input of third block (5) from the converter of square waves or pulses to digital information. Then, the digital information from the output of third block (5) is fed to the input of fourth block (6) from the converter of digital information into optical information, in which the power of the light flux is proportional to the digital information values. Further, the light flux through fiber optic cable (7) is transferred to the devices in the main control panel for the reverse transformation into digital or rectangular information by their form for further processing or use.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the influence on the accuracy class of the measuring transformer of the resistance of the core of the control cable, the connected relays and measuring and accounting devices, as well as the influence of external electromagnetic fields on the control cable that transmits information from the measuring transformers.
