FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquefied flammable gas discharge systems and can be used in the oil and gas and the chemical industries. Liquefied flammable gas discharge and tanks degassing system includes a diffusion candle and a compressor unit connected to receiving and emptied tanks of liquefied flammable gases. Tanks are connected to an inert gas source. Degassing unit consists of a receiver, a liquefaction unit and a membrane separation unit equipped with separation and drying devices. As an inert gas source, an inert gas production unit is installed, and the gas consists of a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide. Receiver is connected to the emptied tanks and to the membrane separation unit by inert gas supply lines. Liquefaction unit is connected to the compressor unit and the membrane separation unit by a line for supplying a mixture of vapors of liquefied flammable gases the and inert gas, to the line of supplying the inert gas from the receiver – by an inert gas concentrate supply line, and to the receiving tanks by a line of the liquefied flammable gas outlet in the form of vapors or a liquid. Membrane separation unit is connected to the compressor unit by a line for supplying a compressed mixture of vapor of liquefied flammable gases and the inert gas, to the liquefaction unit by the inert gas concentrate supply line, and to the diffusion candle by a wet inert gas outlet line, the inert gas production unit is equipped with an air supply line and is connected to the membrane separation unit by an off-gas feed line.
EFFECT: technical result is the exclusion of nitrogen consumption, preventing the atmospheric pollution by vapors of liquefied combustible gases and reducing their losses.
