FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for discharging liquefied hydrocarbon gases and the preparation of tank wagons for maintenance and repair. Liquefied hydrocarbon gas discharge and degasification of tank wagons includes a compressor unit connected to a buffer tank and tank wagons connected to an inert gas source by its supply line. Degassing unit consists of a receiver as a source of inert gas, liquefaction, dehydration and inert gas production units. Liquefaction unit is connected to the compressor unit by a line for supplying a mixture of LPG vapors and inert gas, with an inert gas supply line – a line for supplying a lean mixture of LPG vapors and inert gas, and with a buffer tank – LPG output line. Inert gas receiving unit is connected to the compressor unit by a line for supplying a mixture of LPG vapors and inert gas, is equipped with an air supply line and connected to the receiver by an inert gas supply line on which the drying unit is located.
EFFECT: technical result is the elimination of nitrogen consumption of atmospheric pollution by hydrocarbons, as well as the reduction of LPG losses.
