SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drainage systems and the preparation of tanks for liquefied hydrocarbon gases for maintenance and repair and can be used in the oil and gas industry and transport. Proposed plant is connected to a buffer and degassed tanks and includes a nitrogen production unit, a compressor unit and a degassing unit. Degassing unit consists of liquefaction units and adsorption purification. When the plant is operating in the first stage from the emptied container, first with the help of the LPG compressor unit, it is squeezed or pumped into the buffer tank, and then the LPG vapor is pumped out under the liquid layer. In the second stage, carried out after reaching the standard pressure in the vessel, nitrogen is supplied from the nitrogen production unit to the degassing vessel, and the mixture of LPG and nitrogen vapor is supplied to the liquefaction unit by means of a compressor unit, where it is cooled, condensed and separated to produce a LPG which is fed to a buffer tank and a lean mixture of LPG and nitrogen vapor which is sent to an adsorption treatment unit from which purified gas is fed to the nitrogen supply line, and the regeneration gas obtained during the regeneration of the adsorbent is sent to the compressor unit.
EFFECT: prevention of atmospheric pollution by hydrocarbons and elimination of LPG losses.
