SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for bronchoscopy in patients with established tracheostomy cannulas. For this purpose, specific measures are carried out purposefully and in a certain order. Firstly, the patient is connected to the respiratory protection of bronchoscopy in one of the traditional options, which allows to initiate the accumulation of oxygen reserves of the body before bronchoscopy. Further on the background of already established respiratory protection of bronchoscopy temporary removal of tracheostomy cannula and bronchoscopy is performed through a tracheostomy hole with the possibility of a detailed examination and sanation of the area of the podnazhetochnogo space tracheostomy cannula. Then, through a tracheostomy hole, retrograde tracheolaringoscopy is performed, which became possible only due to the temporary removal of the tracheostomy cannula. After performing bronchoscopic maneuvers, the tracheostomy cannula is re-established and, at the final stage, the respiratory protection of the bronchoscopy is turned off.

EFFECT: thus, it is possible to increase efficiency and safety of bronchoscopy in patients with tracheostomy due to the full use of respiratory protection of bronchoscopy and leveling problems associated with the blind zone for endotracheal examination.
