SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of personal care products, in particular to hair clippers. Hair trimming device includes a body with a cutting blade assembly. Cutting guide is located on the body. Its position is adjusted relative to the cutting blade assembly to ensure that the hair is cut to the desired length. Locking unit performs fixation of cutting guide in the desired position with respect to the cutting blade assembly. Locking unit has first and second locking elements and receiving recesses. Locking elements are arranged alternately in the receiving recesses. In this case, the position of the hair guide is adjusted relative to the cutting blade assembly. Disconnecting unit is configured to selectively eject the locking elements from the receiving recesses. Disconnecting surface of the block acts on the locking elements. Disconnecting unit moves between the working and retracted positions.
