SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hair care device, in particular, to razor devices. The hair clipping device contains a body, an upper part with a unit of cutting blades and a fixing mechanism. The upper part freely rotates in the body. The comb fitting is connected to the device so that in a detachable way for passing over the cutting blades unit. The fixing mechanism links the upper part with the body when the comb fitting is disconnected from the device. Such position prevents the upper part rotation relative to the body. The fixing mechanism unlinks the upper part from the body when the comb fitting is connected to the device. The upper part rotates relative to the body.
EFFECT: ensuring accurate positioning of cutting blades design.
