SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portion capsule. Portion capsule, which has a capsule lid and a capsule bottom, is closed on all sides and comprises a particulate, soluble or water-suspended substance for preparing a beverage. Between the capsule lid and the beverage preparation substance there is dispenser (10), which has substantially circular distribution surface (12) having a center and radius R, and is provided with culverts (18, 19). At distance a from the center of distribution surface (12) up to four internal culverts (18) are provided, and at distance b from the center there are from two to six external culverts (19), herewith 0.21⋅R ≤ a ≤ 0.49⋅R and 0.65⋅R ≤ b ≤ 0.92⋅R.
EFFECT: portion capsule for preparing beverages is proposed.
