SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for preparation of a liquid food product. The task of the invention consists in creation of a device and method ensuring efficient control of the liquid product strength as well as obtainment of various levels of foam in the liquid product. The beverage preparation device intended for preparation of a liquid food product from portioned food product contained in a sealed capsule. The device contains a centrifugal unit for a sealed capsule accommodation, a drive connected to the centrifugal unit so that to ensure its rotation, means for delivery of liquid connected to the centrifugal unit, a means for measurement of flow rate or pressure of liquid being delivered and a control unit for regulation of the drive rotation frequency depending on the measured liquid flow rate or pressure.
EFFECT: creation of a device and method ensuring efficient control of the liquid product strength as well as obtainment of various levels of foam in the liquid product.
