FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises the assembly of nucleosomes of donor chromatin using purified preparations of histones H2A, H2B, H3, H4 of natural origin on DNA nanomatrices, where the DNA has defined mutations associated with different diseases or aging, activation of elongation, application of various test agents capable of stabilising or destabilising the components of the matrix, carrying out the transcription, evaluation of transcription products. To assess the products or intermediates of transcription, different methods of electrophoretic analysis and crystallography techniques can be used.
EFFECT: ability to alter the activity of transcription enables to mark respectively the test substances as affecting the aging process.
