FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: methodincludes determination of the level of free circulating mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) in the blood plasma by real-time polymerase chain reaction with 16S rRNA gene fragment amplification by forward and reverse primers. The level of free circulating mtDNA of blood is determined in the first day of the disease; a fragment of the 16S rRNA gene is amplified by the direct primer 5'-CAGCCGCTATTAAAGGTTCG-3' and the reverse primer 5'-GGGCTCTGCCATCTTAACAA-3; at a level of less than 900 copies/ml, a favourable outcome is predicted, and at a level of more than 1800 copies/m, a high risk of adverse outcome is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides an objective possibility of an early prediction of the acute myocardial ischemia course outcome for preventive taking of intensive preventive or therapeutic measures.
